Winter in the Mountains



Current Snow Report:

Snowfall accumulations from yesterday's storm are more than 18 inches and the powder and packed powder conditions are excellent! In addition to all of the natural snow, we have been making snow and snow making looks favorable through the week. Grab your gear and head out for fresh tracks under mostly sunny skies today.

Current Forecast:

Nice weather today and tomorrow, giving a chance to thaw and dig out from our recent storm. It will be cold with highs maybe into the 30s today to up around 40ยบ by tomorrow, while lows cool into the teens & single digits. Wednesday night into early Thursday a weak cold front will brush the area bringing a small chance of light precipitation. By the weekend a new series of storms will begin to affect the area bringing more rain and snow, continuing into next week.

Snow Chains are required on all vehicles except for four wheel drive vehicles with snow tread tires. Four-wheel drive vehicles must carry chains in the vehicle.
