Big Bear Lake is one of the most heavily stocked lakes in California. In 2008 the Department of Fish and Game, and the Big Bear Municipal Water District stocked over 60 tons of Rainbow Trout, Bass, and Panfish. Fishing in the cool waters of Big Bear Lake can be fantastic and can yield some great catches!
